Now that artificial people have been given human rights.
And immortalized, with no limits to their size
They’ve come to dominate our lives
They’ve blinded us with gold and glitter and all the useless things we crave
They control our thoughts and our behaviors from the cradle to the grave

There was a time when we controlled them
Once upon a time
Now the tables have been turned on us
Though many cannot see the signs
Artificial people are not equipped to realize
The sands of time are running out
Time is not on our side

And only Love can save us
And though Love can be hard to find
It may not be too late for us to learn to let our love lights shine

We’ve been banished from the Garden
We cannot find The Promised Land
Under the spell of artificial people, Life can be hard to understand
If you can’t tell that you are under their spell
You can’t appreciate the cost
You turn a deaf ear and a blind eye to the suffering they cause

And only Love can save us
And though Love can be hard to find
It may not be too late for us to learn to let our love lights shine
